Just in time for the holidays, we are offering an exciting fundraiser that benefits all of our band students. This year we will be selling Butter Braids (various flavors of frozen pastry) and Larry’s Coffee! Sales start Monday, November 16 and conclude Friday, November 27.
Money raised from this sale will be used for the general band booster fund, which supports instrument maintenance, instrument purchase and supplies, including sheet music.
We’re selling through a third-party fundraising platform called My Fundraising Place. When you sign up your child, they’ll be able to create their own online store they can share with friends and family. All sales can be made online, but note that you will be responsible for delivering the items to family and friends that order from your link. The top seller in each grade will receive a $15 Amazon gift card!
Distribution
Products will be distributed the week of December 14, via drive thru pickup at Apex Middle School. Details about exact pickup day and time will be provided closer to the date. Masks are required by all persons outside of vehicles.
