We are so excited to present our Band-A-Thon Donation Fundraiser! This is a fundraiser directly related to the very heart of what we’re about. Here’s how it works: AMS band students and parents are asked to collect donations from friends and family now through Friday, February 17, 2023. As a culminating celebration, students will have an in-house field trip – a full day of playing music, working with professional musicians to perfect their craft, getting to know each other, and performing an informal concert for each other on Friday, March 3, 2023. The money raised will go to purchase new instruments and equipment, to repair older instruments, and to pay for clinicians. Our goal is for each band family to raise at least $50.00 for the Apex MS Bands. Donations may be made online here, in cash, or by writing a check to AMS Band Boosters (a donation form for recording cash or check donations is coming home with students). This is a great time to include out-of-town friends and family – no deliveries needed! There will be multiple prize opportunities for students to get them excited and reward their efforts!
Band-a-thon will be a great event, but we need your help to make it happen! You can purchase supplies and prize items from our Amazon Wishlist and have them shipped directly to AMS. You can also go to the Signup Genius to sign up to volunteer or to bring prize donations to the school. Anything you can do to help is appreciated! Thank you for supporting AMS Bands!
